Pokémon Legends: Arceus releases looks to shake up the tried and true formula that Pokémon has followed for years. These include graphical changes, gameplay changes, style, and more. Two things players may have noticed are the inclusion of Wardens and noble Pokémon.

What are Wardens in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Wardens are important members of the Hisui region. They act similar to gym leaders but play different roles. Wardens are tasked with protecting Pokémon, particularly Noble Pokémon. They ensure that the Noble Pokémon's territories are safe and provide nourishment when needed. So far, the known Wardens are:
- Mai
- Lian
- Iscan
- Areza
What are Noble Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Noble Pokémon are special Pokémon in the Hisui region. Through a mysterious blessing, they are much more powerful than typical Pokémon. Typically, these Pokémon willingly aid the people of the Hisui region, but something seems to be sending these Pokémon into a frenzy.
It becomes the player's job to calm and return these Noble Pokémon back to normal. This is done by using special balms to quell their fury. While frenzied, they are extremely dangerous, and caution should be taken when taking one on. Here are the currently known Noble Pokémon.
