On-Demand Texture Streaming is a setting in Call of Duty: Vanguard that enhances the color palette by streaming data from the internet. This setting can make colors more vivid, saves space on hard drives, but has also caused some issues in Vanguard.
On-Demand Texture Streaming has been available in Call of Duty: Warzone since Season 5 and is a great graphics setting if your PC or console can handle it. Many players have reported packet loss and burst while playing Vanguard, which the On-Demand Texture Streaming can cause.

Since textures are being streamed from the internet, it can cause some stress on gameplay. To enable or disable On-Demand Texture Streaming, go to Settings, go to the Graphics tab, and scroll to the bottom to select On-Demand Texture Streaming.
If enabled, players can adjust the On-Demand Texture Streaming settings including Texture Cache used, download limits, and daily use. Finding the right balance will boost performance and maintain quality graphics during matches. For players that are on current-gen consoles, lower performance PCs, or lower resolution monitors may be better off disabling the Texture Streaming, but players should test out each setting first.
