The Ominous Prediction in Lost Ark can be found on the continent Yudia in the Saland Hill area. The Hidden Story is almost directly west of the Salt Works Triport. Look at the location marked below with the red square. Interact with it to collect this Hidden Story.

Once you interact with it, you can read the letter and complete The Ominous Prediction collectible story. Finding all of these Hidden Stories is necessary to 100 percent the game, so you will need to seek them all out if you want to do this.
Additionally, they all give tiny bits of background story and lore. This one, in particular, seems to hint at a possible encounter in your character's future. So seeking them out is a good way to increase your knowledge of Lost Ark's world. Happy hunting!
