Having decent smarts and athleticism can also help to land the job, as both will help out in the long run and climb the ranks.

You can get both stats up by either rerolling characters or building the skills up by reading books, going to the gym, and taking walks. However, skills are not the most important thing for becoming a cop in BitLife.

There's only one requirement: finish high school or secondary school, as it is often called in the game. Finishing high school is also easy, so you have nothing to worry about on the requirement front.

But, you may run into issues finding the job as all jobs in BitLife are randomized. If you don't see the police cadet job in BitLife, try reloading the game or aging up once.

Sooner or later, you will find it, and when you do, apply and answer the interview question, and you will get the job. Once you are a cadet, work hard and work longer hours, and you will get promoted to better careers in law enforcement.
