If you are wondering if you can change the gender of your characters in Diablo 2 Resurrected, the answer is no. All characters are locked into the initial genders they have on the character screens.
Beyond renaming them, there is no way to change their appearance or what gender they are. Diablo 2 Resurrected also doesn't feature any customization options seen in later titles such as Diablo 3. The only way you can customize characters is by the gear they can acquire in the game.
