Focus on perfecting some Breathtaking Moves during your games, as well as Public Outreach. The more people know about you, the more recognition you will get.
Make sure to be working on your playstyle so that you become a better player with each match, this way your agent will also be impressed and open some doors for you.
Once you have gained a big fanbase the shoe deals will come to you. When famous enough you will have your pick of the crop, although some may have certain stipulations which will narrow your choices.
