In Twelve Minutes, there are only a few select characters that you can interact with. There's your wife, the cop, the 911 operator, and Bumblebee. This is the cop's daughter.
To talk to her, you will have to get your hands on the cop's cell phone. There are a few steps that you will need to take before you can get it because he will not hand it over.
First, you need to knock out your wife. Give her the mug of water with sleeping pills at the dinner table. After a moment she will state that she is suddenly tired and needs to lie down. She will then head towards the bedroom and collapse on the bed unconscious. You will need to grab both coffee mugs to ensure she doesn't get herself a glass of water.
This next part you can either do before you knock your wife out or after. Simply turn on the bedroom light which will flicker. Turn off the light. Now the next person who turns it on will receive a massive shock. From here hide in the closet and a time skip will occur to when the cop arrives.
The cop will enter the apartment and then proceed to the bedroom. He will turn on the light, get electrocuted, and collapse to the ground. Exit the closet and take the cop's belongings, handcuffing him in the process. Go through his phone to see text messages from his daughter, Bumblebee. Call his daughter who will either abruptly hang up or will not answer. This is fine because it allows you to memorize her number and call her from your wife's phone which will be important in completing Twelve Minutes.
